Every order is packed by hand and ships the same or the next business day.

UAE: Free delivery on every order, within 1–2 working days.

International: Delivery within 5–7 working days. Shipping charges depend on the weight of your order and the destination, and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are paid by the recipient.

If your order has not arrived within the expected time, email support@nargesorganics.com and we will look into it straight away.

These terms apply to every purchase made on narges-organics.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and payment: All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT where it applies. Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred.

Products: Our products are for external use only. Please read the ingredient list before use, and do a patch test if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. Results vary from person to person.

Returns: For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.

We share your details only with the partners who help us run the store, such as our e-commerce platform, payment providers and delivery companies, and only as far as they need to do their job. We never sell your personal data.
