Narges Organics ("NARGES", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website www.nargesorganics.com (the "Site") and provides the content and services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms, conditions, and policies posted throughout the Site in connection with specific functionality, features, or promotions, as well as customer service — all of which are deemed part of and incorporated into these terms and conditions (collectively, the "Terms of Use"). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms of Use.

The Site has been designed to provide general information about NARGES and its business, to offer the opportunity to purchase NARGES products, and to send regular newsletters and updates on NARGES products. The information provided on the Site is not intended to provide medical advice. Users of the Site should be aware that no regulatory agency has deemed the products described herein to be effective or intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If there is any inconsistency between the information provided on the Site and any information provided with a NARGES product, the latter should be taken as most correct.

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and we comply with all local governing laws and regulations.

Customers using the Site who are minors, or under the age of 18, shall not register as a user of the Site and shall not transact on or use the Site.

NARGES reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Please check this page periodically. If you violate these Terms of Use, NARGES may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

Prices and Payment Policy

The price of the products is shown on the Site, and delivery charges are exclusive of any applicable taxes or import duties. Delivery charges will be added to the final order separately during the checkout process.

Multi-currency priced transactions. The displayed price and currency selected by you will be the same price and currency charged to your card and printed on the transaction receipt. If you are a customer whose card is not denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

Accepted payment methods. We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, in AED, for our products and services. Cardholders must retain a copy of their transaction records as well as the applicable merchant service provider's policies and rules. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of the respective merchant service providers; please review their user agreement and privacy policy before entering into any transaction.

Refunds. All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

Your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.

Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to utilize and access the Site under the requirements and restrictions of these Terms of Use. NARGES may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time, and may, without notice or liability, impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to all or portions of the Site. Except as provided in these Terms of Use, you shall have no right to directly or indirectly own, use, loan, sell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, assign, copy, translate, modify, adapt, improve, or create any new or derivative works from, or display, distribute, perform, or in any way exploit the Site, or any of its contents (including software), in whole or in part.

Site Operation

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and NARGES controls the Site from the U.A.E. NARGES makes no representation that the Site is appropriate for use in other locations. If you use the Site from other locations, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. You may not use, export, or re-export any materials from the Site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to any U.A.E. export laws and regulations.

Applicable Law

The laws of the United Arab Emirates shall govern the use of the Site and these Terms of Use, without regard to conflict of laws principles. All disputes arising in connection therewith shall be heard only by a court of competent jurisdiction in the U.A.E.

Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Sanctioned Countries

NARGES will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by, or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC-targeted countries, individuals, groups, and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under OFAC programs that are not country-specific.

Representations by You

By visiting the Site, you represent, warrant, and covenant that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; and (b) all materials of any kind submitted by you to NARGES through the Site, or for inclusion on the Site, will not plagiarize, violate, or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including trade secret, copyright, trademark, trade dress, privacy, patent, or other personal or proprietary rights. Customers who are minors, or under the age of 18, shall not register as a user of the Site and shall not transact on or use the Site.

Copyright Policy

Intellectual Property

The online materials are and will remain the exclusive property of NARGES. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the online materials will be and remain vested solely in NARGES. Under no circumstances will you have any right, directly or indirectly, to own, use, copy, loan, sell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, redistribute, assign, or otherwise convey the online materials, or any rights thereto, except as expressly and specifically provided in these Terms of Use. Nothing in these Terms of Use will convey to you any right, title, or interest, except that of a license with the express rights and subject to all limitations herein, and nothing in these Terms of Use grants you the right, directly or indirectly, to use the online materials to create a product for resale or to use the online materials in any way that competes with NARGES.
